Ingredients
- 600gcoalfish or other white fish
- 1onion
- 2cloves of garlic
- 1Bouquet garni
- 1Ginger
- sweet chili sauce
- 250grice
- 2slices of stale bread or sandwich bread
- olive oil
- 4cspowdered flour
- salt
- pepper
Preparation tips
Soak the slices of bread in a little milk or water.
2. Peel and slice the onion and garlic cloves. Wash and chop the parsley.
3. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the rice for 10 to 12 minutes.
4. Using a blender or mixer, roughly chop the fish fillets (or cut them finely with a knife). Put them in a salad bowl and add the well-drained bread, garlic, onion, parsley, “bouquet garni” carton and ginger (optional). Generously salt and pepper. Mix everything together using a fork.
5. Form fish balls (3 or 4 per person) the size of a large walnut and roll them delicately in the flour (if the balls stick to your fingers, wet your hands).
6. In a large non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and cook the fish balls for 8 minutes. approximately by turning them regularly.
7. Serve with rice and sweet chili sauce.
